Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze budget-to-actual variances. - Reconcile revenue streams and report on earned/unearned revenues. - Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and three-year business plans. - Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making and performance improvement. - Conduct scenario analysis for projects and support cost modeling. - Assist with audit support, statistical reporting, and training documentation. - Collaborate with business intelligence teams on data management and KPI tracking. Job Description
**Job Title** ERP Project Manager – 2 Year Contract **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end ERP implementation and integration projects across multiple business units, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Drive business value through process improvement, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment, while overseeing vendor relationships, budgeting, and change management activities. **Expectations** - Deliver projects in accordance with approved scope, schedule, and financial parameters. - Align implementation outcomes with strategic business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. - Maintain continuous stakeholder engagement and promote adoption of ERP solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders and technical teams. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, change requests, progress reports). - Manage project budgets, vendor contracts, and third‑party relationships. - Oversee vendor deliverables, testing, cutover activities, and ensure alignment with technical and functional specifications. - Coordinate training material development with OCM and Learning & Development teams. - Support post‑implementation stabilization and transition to operations. - Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, business process mapping, and gap analysis in partnership with Business Analysis Office. - Validate business and technical requirements against ERP configuration, coordinate fit‑gap resolution, and support data migration, integration, and testing. - Engage stakeholders to communicate project impacts, timelines, and benefits, fostering adoption. - Provide end‑user support during implementation and stabilization, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - PMP certification (mandatory). - 3–5 years of project management across PMI knowledge areas (PMBOK). - Minimum 3 years ERP implementation experience. - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). - Knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR). - Ability to manage risks, change, and contingency plans. - Budget management, cost control, and ROI analysis. - Process mapping, value stream mapping, and Lean principles application. - Strong communication, training, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills. - Basic database concepts, integrations, APIs, and data migration knowledge. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly. **Required Education & Certifications** - College diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - PMP designation (mandatory). - Preferred certifications: CAPM, PMI‑ACP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CSM, Prince2, Prosci. - Valid G Driver’s License considered an asset.
