SALARY: $88,868 - $104,546

ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:

The ERP Project Manager leads and oversees all aspects of ERP implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role drives positive business value by managing project execution and identifying opportunities for process improvements and minor initiatives.

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and integration projects across ONTC divisions, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, change requests, and progress reports
Manage project budgets, vendor contracts, and relationships with consultants and third-party providers
Oversee vendor deliverables, testing, and cutover activities to ensure alignment with technical and functional specifications
Coordinate training material development with OCM and Learning & Development teams to support project training requirements
Support post-implementation stabilization and transition to operations
Lead requirement-gathering workshops, business process mapping, and gap analysis sessions in partnership with the Business Analysis Office
Validate business and technical requirements against ERP configuration and timelines, and coordinate fit-gap resolution
Support data migration, integration, and testing activities, ensuring traceability and accuracy of requirements
Engage stakeholders to communicate project impacts, timelines, and benefits, promoting adoption of ERP processes and tools
Provide ongoing support to end users during implementation and stabilization, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

College diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation (mandatory)
Additional certifications such as CAPM, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CSM, Prince2, or Prosci preferred
3–5 years of project management experience across PMI knowledge areas (PMBOK)
Minimum of 3 years of ERP implementation experience (for ERP Project Manager roles)
Experience with organizational change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
Basic understanding of database concepts, integrations, and APIs
Knowledge of data migration and cleansing strategies; familiarity with reporting tools and BI dashboards
Valid G Driver’s License is considered an asset
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Skilled in risk management, change management, and contingency planning
Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze ROI
Experienced in process mapping, value stream mapping, and applying Lean principles
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Excellent communication, training, and presentation abilities
Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving skills under pressure
Commitment to health and safety practices
