**Job Title:** Senior Director of Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing programs across expanding wholesale and partner channels, integrating efforts with digital, loyalty, and app initiatives to deliver a seamless customer experience. Set strategic vision, drive brand equity, and fuel sustained revenue growth while upholding values of community, passion, and growth.

- Align wholesale marketing activities with overall brand strategy and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Partner & Channel Marketing:** Design and roll out scalable marketing programs, co‑branded initiatives, and partner toolkits that elevate the brand across wholesale channels; act as senior liaison for wholesale marketing.
- **Campaign Development & Leadership:** Collaborate with Sales, Product, Creative, and Brand teams to plan, brief, execute, and evaluate integrated seasonal campaigns, product launches, limited‑time offers, and partner activations.
- **Retail Marketing & Merchandising Excellence:** Set merchandising standards for wholesale placements; partner with sales and retail to ensure flawless execution, monitor compliance, and build scalable improvement systems.
- **Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:** Build and maintain reporting frameworks; track KPIs (sales lift, velocity, awareness, ROI); use insights and partner feedback to refine strategies, optimize spend, and uncover new growth opportunities; present recommendations to executive leadership.
- **Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Influence:** Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing wholesale marketing team; collaborate with Brand, Growth, Creative, Sales, and Operations to align and drive company growth.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep understanding of wholesale, partner, and channel marketing in CPG, beverage, or retail.
- Proven ability to build and scale marketing programs that generate measurable revenue growth.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking; proficient in developing and interpreting marketing metrics.
- Excellent project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
- Leadership and team‑building capabilities.
- Proficiency in campaign and merchandising tools, data dashboards, and marketing technology platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications in marketing, analytics, or project management (e.g., Certified Marketing Executive, Google Analytics, PMP) are a plus.
