Job Title: Budget and Reporting Analyst Role Summary: Provide analytical and operational support for Technology expense management, budgeting, and approval processes. Partner with Technology and Finance teams to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership, enhancing workflow efficiency and reporting quality. Expectations: • Function as a trusted advisor on CAPEX/OPEX classification and budget impact. • Maintain independence, self‑directed priority management, and high accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end‑to‑end spend request lifecycle, including intake, cataloging, approval coordination, and workflow execution in ServiceNow or equivalent. - Analyze each request to determine CAPEX vs. OPEX, assess budget availability, and forecast financial implications. - Coordinate with Finance on purchase order setup, budget alignment, and vendor invoicing as required. - Produce routine and ad‑hoc operational and financial reports using Excel and BI tools, presenting findings to senior stakeholders. - Identify opportunities to standardize and improve processes, reporting methods, and overall efficiency of technology operations. - Facilitate meetings, communicate insights clearly, and support decision‑making for senior leaders.
