Director of Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end marketing function for a SaaS company, driving growth, demand generation, brand awareness, and partner ecosystem expansion. Own strategy, execution, analytics, and team building across paid, owned, and earned media.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable revenue impact through multi‑channel campaigns and partnership programs.
- Balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution, shifting between high‑level priorities and day‑to‑day details.
- Expand and professionalize a growing marketing organization while managing agencies and vendors.
- Operate within a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment, making decisions with incomplete information.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Growth & Demand Generation** – Build and manage paid & organic programs on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more; own campaign performance and optimization.
2. **Content, Messaging & Brand** – Produce long‑form stories, short‑form videos, case studies, and social channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
3. **Partnership & Community Marketing** – Design partner enablement, reseller collateral, referral, loyalty, and ambassador initiatives with manufacturing, software, and distribution partners.
4. **Events & Marketing Operations** – Lead event strategy (booth, promotion, lead capture), select and manage marketing technology (including AI tools), and establish clean reporting processes.
5. **Data, Insights & Reporting** – Define KPIs per channel, analyse performance, provide actionable insights, and pivot resource focus as needed.
6. **Leadership & Team Building** – Develop marketing processes, structure, and workflows; hire and grow an internal team; manage contractors and agencies.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of SaaS B2B marketing experience focused on lead generation and growth.
- Proven track record in paid media, SEO, email, content, video, and viral campaigns.
- Experience in consumer‑style marketing and short‑form video creation.
- Start‑up experience at Seed, Series A, or B stage.
- Strong multi‑channel demand generation mindset and ability to build scalable processes.
- Leadership capability: managing small teams (2+) or agencies, with influence cross‑functionally.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making in fast‑moving contexts, and analytical acumen.
- Industry knowledge in video, AV, broadcast, or related sectors preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
