**Job Title**: Salesforce Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead a team of 15–20 Salesforce developers overseeing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Salesforce solutions. Drive architecture, coding standards, and quality assurance while coaching the team, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with security and governance policies.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, 2+ in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple development projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, REST and SOAP APIs, and integration tools.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce development tools (VS Code, SFDX, Git, CI/CD).
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community) and Einstein Analytics.
- Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full Salesforce development lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Design and implement complex, scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews, ensure code quality, and implement automated testing when appropriate.
- Enforce security, governance, and performance standards across all projects.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product management, business analysts, and other engineering managers to deliver high‑value features.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve development efficiency.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem trends and emerging technologies.
**Required Skills**
- Leadership & team management (code review, coaching, project ownership).
- Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Integration & data migration: API integration, managed packages, 3rd‑party components.
- Development tools: VS Code, SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce product knowledge: Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Platform Developer I/II); Salesforce Platform Developer I is preferred.
- Valid background check and drug screening.
