Evaluate, recommend, and deploy technology solutions (Alchemer, Microsoft Teams Premium, REDCAP, ASIIS) to enhance business processes and customer satisfaction. Configure platforms, automate workflows, and deliver training and documentation to small teams under limited supervision. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, data‑driven recommendation reports to leadership. - Ensure configurations and workflows meet Co‑Ag grant requirements and county standards. - Facilitate user adoption through efficient training and documentation. - Track project milestones, create progress reports, and maintain stakeholder communication. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct capability assessments of approved platforms (Alchemer, Teams Premium, REDCAP, ASIIS). 2. Compare features, compliance, and integration options; prepare recommendation reports. 3.
