**Job Title**
Business Analyst
**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end business system analysis and implementation support for short‑term Co‑Ag projects. Evaluate, recommend, and deploy technology solutions (Alchemer, Microsoft Teams Premium, REDCAP, ASIIS) to enhance business processes and customer satisfaction. Configure platforms, automate workflows, and deliver training and documentation to small teams under limited supervision.
**Expectations**
- Deliver clear, data‑driven recommendation reports to leadership.
- Ensure configurations and workflows meet Co‑Ag grant requirements and county standards.
- Facilitate user adoption through efficient training and documentation.
- Track project milestones, create progress reports, and maintain stakeholder communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Conduct capability assessments of approved platforms (Alchemer, Teams Premium, REDCAP, ASIIS).
2. Compare features, compliance, and integration options; prepare recommendation reports.
3. Perform needs assessments with stakeholders; document current workflows and identify gaps.
4. Develop future‑state process maps and functional requirements aligned with Co‑Ag objectives.
5. Configure selected tools (Teams Voice, call queues; Alchemer surveys; REDCAP forms).
6. Build automated workflows using Power Automate and dashboards in Power BI for customer satisfaction tracking.
7. Perform implementation testing; validate functionality against requirements.
8. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT/OET for technical support.
9. Develop SOPs, quick‑start guides, and training materials.
10. Train small teams on system use, reporting, and process compliance.
11. Conduct targeted research to support programmatic decision‑making (e.g., provider network identification, tool capability evaluation).
12. Track milestones, prepare progress reports, and communicate status to sponsors and stakeholders.
13. Ensure deliverables meet Co‑Ag grant requirements and county standards.
**Required Skills**
- Business system analysis and IT project implementation (minimum 1 year experience).
- Knowledge of Alchemer, Microsoft Teams Premium, REDCAP, ASIIS, and related survey/communication platforms.
- Comparative analysis, stakeholder engagement, and needs assessment.
- Process mapping, functional requirements documentation, and future‑state design.
- Platform configuration (Teams Voice, call queues, Alchemer survey creation, REDCAP form setup).
- Workflow automation with Power Automate; dashboard creation with Power BI.
- Implementation testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- SOP development, quick‑start guide creation, and training delivery.
- Research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates and presentations.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
