Job Specifications
Under limited supervision, this position supports short-term Co-Ag projects by assessing, recommending, and implementing technology solutions to improve business processes and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will evaluate available tools (e.g., Alchemer, Microsoft Teams Premium, RedCAP, ASIIS), recommend the best solution for specific workflows, map end-to-end processes, configure systems, and train small teams to ensure successful adoption. This role may also conduct targeted research to support programmatic decision-making and improve operational reach.
Skills Required:
Conduct capability assessments of approved platforms (Alchemer, Teams Premium, RedCAP, ASIIS) for survey, communication, and data tracking needs. Compare features, compliance requirements, and integration options; prepare recommendation reports for leadership. Perform needs assessments with stakeholders; document current workflows and identify gaps. Develop future-state process maps and functional requirements aligned with Co-Ag objectives. Configure selected tools (e.g., Teams Voice auto attendants, call queues; Alchemer surveys; RedCAP forms). Build automated workflows using Power Automate and dashboards using Power BI for customer satisfaction tracking. Conduct implementation testing; validate functionality against requirements. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT/OET for technical support. Develop SOPs, quick-start guides, and training materials. Train small teams on system use, reporting, and process compliance. Conduct targeted research to support programmatic decision-making, such as identifying provider networks (e.g., VFC providers) or evaluating available tools and functionalities to improve operational reach and efficiency. Track milestones, prepare progress reports, and communicate status to sponsors and stakeholders. Ensure deliverables meet Co-Ag grant requirements and County standards.
Experience Required
One (1) year of experience in business systems analysis or IT project implementation.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
