**Role Summary**
Lead the integrated marketing organization for a fast‑growing apparel & lifestyle e‑commerce brand. Translate brand vision into strategic, data‑driven plans that accelerate awareness, engagement, and revenue. Manage a $5M+ budget, oversee all major marketing channels, mentor a high‑performing team, and align campaigns with product launches and operational goals.
**Expactations**
- Increase total revenue by 15–20 % YoY through channel optimization.
- Raise brand awareness by 30 % and repeat purchase rate by 25 %.
- Maintain marketing ROI above 5:1 and keep spend within approved budget.
- Build and retain a collaborative, KPI‑driven marketing squad.
- Scale influencer, PR, and partnership programs to strengthen community engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies that drive brand and financial objectives.
- Set clear KPIs, goals, and development plans for the marketing team; provide mentorship and accountability.
- Coordinate campaigns with Creative, Merchandising, and Operations for product‑aligned messaging.
- Manage agency partners, delivering strategic direction, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Own strategy and execution across paid social/search, email/SMS, influencer marketing, affiliate, organic social, SEO, landing pages, PR, and direct mail.
- Allocate and control a $5M+ budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and conversion data to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Strengthen brand equity through storytelling, community engagement, and sustainability initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiencies and improve retention programs to boost customer lifetime value.
- Champion EOS (Traction) principles and continuous improvement practices.

**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, analytics credentials) are preferred.
