Job Description: **Job Title** Procurement Lead – Indirect Spend **Role Summary** Lead indirect procurement for a growing organization in Morocco, driving transformation, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement across technology, telecoms, external workforce, professional services, and facilities. Provide strategic direction, oversight, and coaching to a small senior buying team. **Expectations** - Transform and standardize procurement processes in a post‑acquisition environment. - Build credibility and value perception of procurement among senior leadership. - Deliver consistent procurement governance and supplier management. - Influence strategy early in initiatives and maintain a forward‑looking procurement roadmap. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
