**Job Title** Procurement Lead – Indirect Spend **Role Summary** Lead indirect procurement for a growing organization in Morocco, driving transformation, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement across technology, telecoms, external workforce, professional services, and facilities. Provide strategic direction, oversight, and coaching to a small senior buying team. **Expectations** - Transform and standardize procurement processes in a post‑acquisition environment. - Build credibility and value perception of procurement among senior leadership. - Deliver consistent procurement governance and supplier management. - Influence strategy early in initiatives and maintain a forward‑looking procurement roadmap. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Act as primary procurement liaison for the Moroccan organization. 2. Partner with business leaders to embed procurement policy, process, and best practices. 3. Drive indirect spend initiatives across IT, telecom, workforce, professional services, and facilities. 4. Lead, coach, and develop a senior buying team (2 buyers). 5.
