Job Title: AI Lead Solutions Architect
Role Summary
Lead design, integration, and governance of enterprise AI systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy, stringent security standards, and user‑centric objectives. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, manage capacity, optimise development processes, and coach technical teams in modern architectural practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, document, and communicate enterprise AI architecture across projects.
- Make architectural decisions, develop strategy designs, and steer the technical design life cycle.
- Manage availability and capacity of AI services, identify risks, and drive remedial actions.
- Optimise development processes, set policies, and allocate resources for solution portfolios.
- Design, review, and quality‑assure AI solutions with embedded security controls.
- Champion modern standards, guide teams on best practices, and foster innovation.
- Collaborate with business units and user researchers to translate user stories into scalable solutions.
- Lead prototyping, system integration, and integration testing to validate solutions.
- Oversee procurement, implementation strategies, and adherence to technical policies and standards.
