**Job Title**: Order Administration Specialist **Role Summary**: Support the quote-to-cash lifecycle for global customers, ensuring order accuracy, compliance, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. Focus on process efficiency and customer service in a fast-paced environment. **Expectations**: - 2–5 years of experience in order administration or sales operations. - Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle). - Hybrid work model. **Key Responsibilities**: - Process and verify complex customer orders in ERP/CRM systems. - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance teams for order fulfillment and revenue recognition. - Maintain documentation, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with internal policies. - Resolve customer and internal order inquiries, delivery updates, and issues. - Identify process improvements and troubleshoot system issues; escalate problems proactively. **Required Skills**: - Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle preferred). - Excellent communication for stakeholder collaboration. - Ability to multitask under deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities. **Required Education & Certifications**: - 2–5 years of experience in order administration, sales operations, or related field. - Knowledge of trade compliance, import/export processes, or global tax/VAT concepts preferred.
