**Job Title** Process Improvement Analyst – Co-op **Role Summary** Support the Operations team by documenting, standardizing, and improving business and field processes. Convert workflow discussions into clear process maps, SOPs, and operational documentation to enhance consistency, visibility, and efficiency across departments. Gain hands‑on experience in process improvement, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, detailed documentation and process improvements during the co‑op term. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Finance, Vendor Management) to gather information and align processes. - Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high quality and adherence to timelines. - Contribute to process standardization initiatives that support scalability and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** - Capture current business and field workflows; create process maps, flowcharts, and Standard Operating Procedures. - Maintain a centralized repository of process documentation, templates, and trackers. - Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and duplication; recommend practical process improvements. - Organize contract and vendor documentation; track renewals, expiries, and milestones. - Assist with vendor/contractor onboarding by collecting required forms and certifications. - Manage operational trackers and perform accurate data entry in internal tools and spreadsheets. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross‑functional updates. - Provide day‑to‑day administrative and project support across departments. **Required Skills** - Excellent organizational and documentation abilities. - High attention to detail and accuracy with documents and data. - Ability to translate verbal sessions into clear written documentation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self‑directed, capable of managing multiple tasks independently. - Basic understanding of contracts, procurement, and administrative operations (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in a recognized Canadian post‑secondary institution’s co‑operative education program. - Post‑secondary program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Project Management, or equivalent. - Eligibility to work full‑time during the co‑op term per school guidelines.

**Job title** Manager, Logistics and Procurement **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end sourcing, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics operations for a fibre‑network infrastructure organization. Ensure timely availability of cables, network equipment, handholes and consumables while optimizing cost, supplier performance, and supply‑chain reliability. **Expectations** - Deliver cost‑effective procurement solutions and maintain high‑quality material supplies. - Achieve on‑time delivery to field sites and contractors. - Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and third‑party logistics partners. - Align logistics and procurement activities with engineering, construction, and finance teams. - Provide accurate reporting and audit‑ready documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute procurement strategies for fibre‑network materials and equipment. - Manage RFQ/RFP, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring. - Plan inbound logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and last‑mile distribution. - Maintain inventory levels, implement tracking systems, and set reorder points. - Oversee storage, handling, security, and third‑party logistics relationships. - Forecast material needs in collaboration with Network Engineering, Construction, and Operations. - Coordinate with Finance on budgeting, cost controls, and cash‑flow planning. - Implement or enhance procurement and inventory systems (e.g., SAGE). - Generate regular reports on purchasing performance, cost savings, inventory status, and supplier metrics. **Required Skills** - Proven negotiation, contract, and vendor‑management expertise. - Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management capabilities. - Knowledge of fibre‑network materials and telecom equipment (highly preferred). - Proficiency with inventory management software, especially SAGE. - Ability to thrive in fast‑growth, dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. ---
