Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the UK team’s consignment processes: Salesforce entry, task follow‑up, and deal maintenance. - Monitor pipeline health in partnership with the UK Sales Manager and provide regular updates. - Identify and develop new prospect lists; create and distribute call sheets to consignors. - Detect re‑runs, lost enquiries and closed deals, and report findings. - Formulate strategies for sourcing new consignments from existing database. - Coordinate photography and post‑auction issue resolution with Client Services. - Assist in valuations and seller liaison to support consignors through the sales journey. - Lead consignment projects such as high‑value customer identification and process optimisation. Required Skills: - Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). - Strong analytical ability to evaluate sales processes and pipeline data. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Project management or recruitment background. - Deep interest in collectible cars and awareness of the collector car market. - Ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams. - Highly organised with strong time‑management.
