Job Description
Job title: Business Development Manager – Salesforce Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new mid‑market and enterprise deals for Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services across North America. Expectations: - Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets. - Consistently develop a robust pipeline and close deals within the full sales cycle. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell cross‑sell opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify prospects via outbound prospecting, networking, events, and inbound inquiries. - Conduct needs assessments to align Salesforce consulting services (implementation, customization, integration, managed services) with client business challenges. - Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and statements of work in partnership with solution architects and delivery teams. - Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and secure agreements to close deals. - Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to handoff to delivery. - Maintain ongoing client relationships, track satisfaction, and uncover additional revenue opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and customer success to ensure aligned messaging and seamless client experience. - Stay current on Salesforce ecosystem trends, product releases, and industry developments. - Track and report all sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast data using Salesforce CRM.
