**Job Title:** ServiceNow Business Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Analyze, design, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Portal, CSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Act as the primary liaison between business partners and technical teams, translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow designs within an Agile development environment.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver clear, documented requirements and functional specs.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user‑acceptance testing.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and change‑management activities.
- Provide end‑user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals, compliance, and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow designs.
- Conduct requirement workshops, partner interviews, and UAT sessions.
- Design and reengineer business processes within ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Service Portal, CSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Participate in platform upgrade planning, testing, and change management to maintain business continuity.
- Deliver user training, create documentation, and host workshops.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 4 years experience in business analysis on ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms.
- At least 3 years as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with Agile development and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to create clear functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
