About the role:
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst you will oversee the ongoing analysis and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, participating in the Agile development lifecycle as a business process expert. The analyst works with partners to translate our needs into ServiceNow solutions and ensures that platform features align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Being the primary liaison between partners and ServiceNow technical teams. Gathering requirements for implementations and enhancements, translating our needs into functional specifications and user stories, and facilitating workshops, partner interviews, and user acceptance testing.
You will report to the ServiceNow Team Lead and be located in Rock Hill, SC. This is a hybrid position. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office. Relocation is not availble for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a primary liaison between partners and ServiceNow technical teams.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Translate our needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate requirement workshops, partner interviews, and user acceptance testing.
Help with process mapping, workflow design, and business process reengineering within ServiceNow modules (including ITSM, Service Portal, CSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, CMDB).
Contribute to platform upgrades, testing, and change management activities to ensure business continuity.
Provide ongoing support and training to users, including hosting workshops and documentation sessions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years' experience business analysis within ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
At least 3 years in a Business Analyst role supporting enterprise systems.
ITIL v4 Foundations Certification.
Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400-$95,500 per year.
