**Job Title**
Project Manager – Technical
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT projects, overseeing scope, schedule, resources, risk, and change. Act as the central communication hub for developers, testers, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality releases and deployments across clustered and cloud environments.
**Expectations**
- Deliver project milestones on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with all parties in English (C1 level).
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce accurate documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts.
- Work on‑site (≈90 % of time) in a hybrid setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, timeline, milestones, and allocate resources.
- Organize and facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
- Track progress, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (development, testing, infra, security, vendors).
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests; implement mitigation plans.
- Oversee release, deployment, and environment management across clusters and environments.
- Own infrastructure, security, and testing aspects of each project.
**Required Skills**
- 12 + years of IT experience with a strong technical background.
- Proven technical project or delivery management expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure, platforms, and cloud concepts.
- Experience with release, deployment, and environment management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Hands‑on familiarity with: Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), microservices architecture, Kubernetes (pods, clusters, deployments), cloud/virtualized environments, Red Hat Linux, vCenter, Ceph, DevOps tools, networking, and security.
- Fluent English (C1 or higher).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable but not mandatory.
