Job Specifications

Position: IT Control & Compliance Officer

Location: 1000 Brussels

Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Work Mode: Hybrid – 60% on site (Tuesday, Thursday + 1 flexible day)

Responsibilities:

Execute ICT-related controls and maintain a regular control testing framework.
Support risk management by recording ICT risks and action plans in a risk register.
Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for critical ICT functions.
Coordinate transposition of Group control plans and track policy changes.
Collaborate with the Architecture and Security Board on ICT risk governance.
Prepare and deliver local and Group-level risk reports for management.

Requirements:

3–5 years in Information Security, IT Risk, or Compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of IT general controls, IAM, and risk frameworks.
Experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Certifications (ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA) are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC, cloud security, and third-party risk management.
Knowledge of DORA regulatory requirements.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
