Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience in Application Support or a similar role.
Solid experience in ticket management and issue resolution.
Strong communication skills, with experience supporting users via email and phone.
Proven ability to maintain and update technical and procedural documentation.
Technical skills: beginner-level experience (1-3 years) in PL/SQL, PowerShell scripting, SQL, and Unix; familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus.
Fluency in French (Full professional proficiency) and English (Professional proficiency) both written and spoken are mandatory.
