We're Hiring: Salesforce Solution Architect (Software Engineer Principal)

Location: Richardson, TX 75081 (Hybrid - In-office Tue/Wed/Thu)

Duration: 6-months contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE)

Please Note: Local W2 candidates only

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design visionary, scalable, and innovative solutions that create business value and drive enterprise transformation across US and global divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, UX, and engineering teams.
Lead enterprise transformation implementations with sophisticated integrations.
Drive application rationalization, platform upgrades, and architecture standards.
Provide ongoing architecture reviews and solution design support.
Research and recommend emerging technologies including Predictive and Generative AI.

Requirements:

13+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce solutions.
Strong expertise with Salesforce Clouds (C360, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce) and tools (MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Heroku).
Deep functional/business process knowledge of Lead-to-Cash (Lead to Order, Sales Enablement, Sales Compensation).
Experience in Security, Integration, and Data Architecture.
Advanced knowledge of compliance standards: PCI, PII, SOX, GDPR.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience speaking at Dreamforce, customer conferences, or client meetings.
Familiarity with ITIL and data quality management concepts.
