Requirements

Experience with Remedy integration options, including Web Services, 4 year+

A team player with a track record for meeting aggressive deadlines; strong relationship building, facilitation and influencing skills to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of privacy policies and security principles

Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team

Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging

Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues

Ability to provide user and system documentation as required

Required Experience / Evaluation Criteria:

Skills:

Strong experience with Remedy ARS Development, 8 years

Strong experience with backend data and features of BMC ITSM v9+, 8 years

Strong experience in code review and unit testing, 8 years+.: 20 points

Experience mapping business requirements into functional specifications, 8 years

Experience designing and building custom data-driven solutions, 8 years

Experience developing reports, ARS code, and integrations in a Helix SaaS setting, 2+ years
