Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Junior Business Analyst to join our client.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert

Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid: onsite 2 days per week (subject to change)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours

Job Responsibilities:
Processing and tracking SOWs
Invoice review, checking for variances
Updating folders
Internal and external communications
Reading through agreements
Note taking and documenting
Communicating with stakeholders
Working with SEMS and Procurement to ensure vendor onboarding procedures are followed

Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Administrative experience
Detail oriented (including during repetitive tasks)
MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint)
Comfortable working under tight timelines
Initiative and motivation
Nice to have Business operations and banking/finance experience
