About the Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to join a forward-thinking Digital R&D team focused on building and testing new customer-facing experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working on early-stage concepts, and is passionate about innovation and user experience.

What You'll Do

Translate business goals and user needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
Design and manage R&D product pilots, defining KPIs and success metrics.
Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for innovation.
Facilitate in-person user research and testing to validate product concepts.
Lead agile rituals and design thinking workshops to refine product direction.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Use data and analytics to track product performance and inform decision-making.
Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize initiatives based on business value and user experience.

What You'll Bring

1-2 years of experience in digital product management.
Experience supporting early-stage product development and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Exposure to AI productivity tools and emerging technologies.
Bachelor's degree required; technical or engineering background preferred.
MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development cycles.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams.
