Recruiting Operations Technology Specialist

Location: Onsite, Monday-Friday

Are you a process-minded problem solver who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments? Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Specialist to join their team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing their recruiting infrastructure.

You'll work closely with recruiters, engineers, and other internal stakeholders to troubleshoot systems, improve workflows, and ensure operational excellence in hiring. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone with strong client service skills, a curious mindset, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.

What You'll Do

Serve as a key support resource for recruiting systems and processes
Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues related to tools such as ATS, Workday, and other internal platforms
Partner with Engineering and Recruiting to resolve bugs and suggest system enhancements
Track and analyze operational data to improve recruiting effectiveness
Maintain documentation, audit records, and help improve internal training materials
Proactively spot inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions
Support offer processes and provide real-time assistance when urgent needs arise
Communicate clearly and professionally--whether over Slack, email, or phone

What We're Looking For

2-3+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Systems, Program Management, or similar roles
Strong comfort with technical systems; experience in tools like Workday, ATS platforms, Jira, or Tableau is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Quick learner with a curious mindset--someone who doesn't wait to be told what to explore
High attention to detail and a natural problem-solver
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working through complex, bespoke issues
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record

Bonus If You Have Experience With

Supporting or administering ATS systems
Working cross-functionally with Engineering teams
UAT (user acceptance testing), application support, or project implementation
HR platforms such as Workday, DocuSign, Tableau, Jira, or ServiceNow
