JOB DESCRIPTION:
For our UK & Ireland offices, based in London, we are looking to recruit Trade Marketing Manager, This role reports to Head of Marketing & PR and have 2 direct reports E-retail Trade Marketing executive and CRM executive.
Trade Marketing Manager will have a direct impact on the growth & development of Sisley in the UK & Ireland and will work on marketing strategy for online & offline retail.
Working across 4 axes, this role provides a full immersion into the world of beauty with exciting projects with leading UK retail partners.

LEAD RESPOSABILITIES
Responsible for end-to-end marketing plans for the UK and Ireland, encompassing everything
from initial planning and execution to performance monitoring and reporting; including sampling
initiatives, Gift With Purchase (GWP) programs, event management, and CRM/consumer
engagement strategies.
Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for retailer activations, encompassing
both online and offline channels.
Support Head of Marketing and PR on leading negotiations for trade marketing packages while
fostering strong and collaborative relationships with retailers to maximise opportunities.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and PR to manage, monitor and analyse the marketing
budget, investments and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Drive performance and manage the e-retail executive and the marketing & consumer
engagement executive to achieve commercial objectives.
Reports directly to the Head of Marketing and PR, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
and strategies, and deputizes for the Head of Marketing and PR as needed. Any other duties
deemed necessary by Management.

Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Strategic planning abilities (short, medium, and long-term).
Adaptable communication for influence and project support.
Proficient in analysing financial, market, and category data to develop action plans.
Proactive and reactive work style.
PROFILE
Management experience, preferably in Beauty/Luxury.
Strong digital marketing experience, preferably multi-channel retail.
Experience negotiating Trade marketing plans.
Previous UK work experience is required.
Excellent understanding of retail, social media, CRM, loyalty, and paid digital media.
Ability to travel within UK & Ireland.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: W1 office, 4 days in-office, flexible core hours.
