Position Summary

As a Customer Renewals Executive, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of renewal opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals while providing excellent customer experience. You'll build relationships with existing customers, identify risks to renewal, and work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success teams to maximise retention.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
Proactively engage customers ahead of renewal dates to confirm needs and address potential issues.
Prepare and issue renewal quotes, contracts, and documentation.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure smooth renewals.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate.
Handle renewal objections effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Track customer feedback and escalate risks to the relevant teams.
Consistently achieve individual and team retention targets.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or customer success.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to engage customers professionally.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable).

Desirable Skills:

Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology industry.
Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
Ability to negotiate renewals and resolve customer concerns.
