Job Specifications

A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Marketing Executive to design and execute on and offline acquisition & retention campaigns.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:

Develop integrated marketing campaigns for each, utilising a variety of channels, with the key objective of brand awareness
Help with the delivery of events throughout the year
Designing marketing collaterals for campaigns and events, such as banners, email marketing, webpages, flyers and social media posts.
Responsible for distributing critical communications on a weekly and monthly basis.
Supporting the team with the editing of videos and podcasts.
With an analytical mindset, gather data insights and report them to the management team on a regular basis in a clear, concise and consistent way
Manage brands' marketing budgets and demonstrate clear ROI against activity
Identify and implement new marketing trends, techniques and opportunities

Requirements:

B2B marketing experience in insurance is preferred
B2B marketing experience in financial services or wider B2B in other industries would be considered
Experience implementing and managing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong digital marketing capability, including paid social & display as well as SEO and PPC
Experience in building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, content creation, email marketing, print and digital advertising, social media, influencer/introducer partnerships, and events
Proficient with analytical tools and measurement of ROI
Line management experience would be an advantage
Experience of owning and leading marketing projects from scratch
UK experience is essential.
