About the Role

We're seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based products from scratch. You should take pride in your work and write high-quality, scalable code. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Ship and Own Products: Rapidly contribute to our products, eventually owning your own product or product lines.
Design Scalable Solutions: Crafting systems that remain fast, reliable, and secure as we grow.
Translate Vision into Launches: Partner with founders and cross-functional teams to turn big ideas into clear plans, drive sprints, and land high-impact releases.

Who You Are / Must-Haves

Backend: Strong experience in Python (Django experience is a plus)
Frontend: Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN
Cloud: Proficient with AWS or Google Cloud
Scalability: Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
Strong Background: Degree from a top-tier engineering program (weighed more heavily when total YOE is lighter)
Entrepreneurial: Preference for candidates with experience at successful startups -- former founders are especially valued
Experienced: 2-4 years of hands-on engineering experience
