Scope: Full-Time Employment

Location: London (Camden Borough)

Hybrid Work Policy: 3x per week in office

Industry: Fintech/Insurtech

Join a multinational engineering team distributed across London and Tel Aviv offices.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as a technical lead to refine product requirements
Ensure code quality and reliability through automated testing.
Provide technical guidance to optimize and scale database architecture
Problem solving skills
Familiarity with start-up environments

Essential Requirements and Skills with minimum 5 years' experience in each:

Solid Backend development experience using Python for minimum 5 years required
Cloud deployment--GCP experience essential
Strong understanding of scalable server-side architecture needed
Experience with cloud deployment essential
Write clean code with focus on performance and security a MUST
Implement automated tests and ensure code quality and reliability
