Role type: Contract - ASAP start through December 2026.
Location: Hybrid 3x per week in NYC Financial District.

Our client, a Fortune 100 globally recognized financial services brand (to be disclosed during process), is looking for a savvy performance marketer who will be responsible for leading the team's forecasting, analytics, results, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead performance forecasting and reporting: Manage monthly performance reporting and forecasting, identifying trends and actionable insights. Clearly communicate performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership
Facilitate analytics relationship: Host bi-weekly analytics calls, set agendas, manage discussions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through on commitments. Collaborate with team to prioritize initiatives, track and communicate results.
Manage Budgets & Investment Planning: Oversee channel budgets, track spend, and reinvest savings to maximize ROI. Continuously improve the investment planning process to enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness.
Provide Competitive & Market Insights: Deliver insights on competitor performance, market dynamics, and emerging risks or opportunities that shape growth strategies.
Partner with marketers to identify opportunities and challenges influencing campaign and monthly performance. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to maximize results.
Foster Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build strong relationships with finance, marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure forecasting, analytics, and planning processes are fully aligned with business objectives.
