Job Description:

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer / Computer Support Associate to join our IT team supporting approximately 800 employees. This is an onsite position focused on providing excellent customer service and technical support for end users. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and a desire to learn and grow in an IT career.

This is a first-shift role with no overtime, weekends, or on-call required -- a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a structured schedule while developing their IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support (hardware/software troubleshooting, break/fix, imaging, deployments).

Manage tickets via Service Now or other ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Perform printer support and hardware maintenance (toner replacement, minor repairs).

Assist with conference room setup, asset lifecycle management, and inventory tracking.

Act as smart hands for server and network teams when required.

Document incidents, updates, and resolutions following established processes and knowledge base (KB) articles.

Collaborate with IT teammates to solve problems and support IT projects.

Must Haves:

Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (internships or academic experience acceptable).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness and ability to learn quickly and follow documented procedures.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Windows OS imaging and deployment.

Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now).

Knowledge of basic networking concepts.

Experience in asset management and hardware lifecycle processes.
