About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager in the Construction Industry to lead and inspire multiple sales teams while driving business growth. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales expertise to deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor multiple managers and professional staff to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals.
Optimize team performance by allocating resources and setting clear priorities.
Solve complex operational challenges and make data-driven decisions.
Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers to drive success.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years in sales management or leadership with a proven track record.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Deep understanding of sales processes and business drivers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
