What You Will Do

This role is not your typical customer-facing position. It's closer to a data entry position that supports the customer service team. You will:

Provide a premium customer service experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication.
Take a proactive approach to supporting internal teams and resolving issues.
Answer incoming emails and calls from the customer service team, account team members, and internal partners.
Ensure orders are accurately received and maintained for delivery in line with customer expectations.
Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.

What You Will Work On

Supporting the customer service team with order management and internal communication.
Maintaining accurate order records and ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve order or system-related issues.
Using tools like SAP/CRP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage and track tasks.

What You Will Bring

1+ years of experience with SAP/CRP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (medium to high understanding); PowerPoint preferred.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems is a plus.
Familiarity with order book management and digital marketplaces is nice to have.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
