We're looking for a skilled Incident Coordinator to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage critical IT incidents, ensure swift resolution, and keep communication clear and effective across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage major incidents from start to resolution
Perform incident assessments and establish accurate diagnoses
Develop and implement action plans to minimize business impact
Act as the central point of communication during incidents, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

Medior-level experience in incident coordination or IT service management
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
Strong communication skills, able to stay clear and structured under stress
Assertive, solution-driven, and resilient in high-pressure situations
Language skills: Dutch/English or French/English
