About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our team in a senior capacity. This role requires a strong technical background--experience with ServiceNow is highly preferred. The successful candidate will work closely with architects and stakeholders to define product vision, ensure alignment with business needs, and manage delivery through Agile practices.

This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for a Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, and can confidently translate requirements into actionable product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with users, clients, and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
Partner with department leadership to define the product vision and strategy.
Create and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on evolving requirements.
Oversee all stages of product creation, from design through development and delivery.
Write and refine user stories to ensure clarity and alignment with development teams.
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the lifecycle.
Serve as the liaison between the product team, architects, and end-users.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and lead product sprints.
Ensure product quality through strong ownership of testing and validation processes.

Qualifications

5-10 years of relevant Product Owner experience within technical or enterprise systems environments.
Strong background with ServiceNow.
Ability to discuss and document architectural requirements with technical stakeholders.
Proven experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and Agile delivery in complex environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance technical requirements with business priorities to deliver high-quality solutions.
