Job Specifications

Position Title: GCL&D Marketing Training Support

Work Location: Foster City, CA Hybrid FC 3 days a week, but also open to 100% remote candidates

Assignment Duration: 12 Months

Assist in efforts to grow marketing excellence across the global organization by contributing to the following initiatives:

Marketing competencies, including finalization for end-user utilization (e.g. PDF document, digital technology), rollout to entire organization, and collation and analysis of data
Marketing Excellence Workshop, including design, development and execution
Marketing Learning Academy, including design and initial development of a full curriculum of e-learning modules

Duties:

Project management, including scheduling meetings and recording action items, developing and executing communication plans, tracking project progress and timelines
Help with content, including strategic design as well as creation and proofing
Experience
The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
They must have the proven ability to manage complex projects effectively
Learning and development experience encouraged
Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization with strong collaboration skills

Required Years of Experience: 5+ years
