Context

The fund management team is currently looking for a full-time intern to join their team as of January 2026 for 4 to 6 months.

Your position

Reporting on the Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) indicators within Fund Management. You enhance and develop the Sustainability marketing content related to the funds. You will join a team of Fund Managers in charge of several multi-asset funds totaling over EUR12bn in AUM.

Your Role Will Include

Updating an Impact report for the different funds managed. This report contains the ESG score, the exposure to the different Sustainability themes such as Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's), the Carbon analysis, the Voting and Engagement activity, some other Impact metrics (water consumption, waste, etc) and the taxonomy alignment. All the scores, tables and charts are described and illustrated by concrete sustainable examples and stories.
Optimizing and enhancing the content and layout of reporting channels (graphs, charts, etc) with a creative touch.
Reporting to the Head of Patrimonial Funds, you participate to the team meetings with discussions on Portfolio Construction, ESG integration and Sustainable analysis.

Your profile

Ideally, We Are Looking For The Following Profile

You have solid academic credentials, preferably a master's degree in Marketing.
You are passionate about ESG and Sustainability and you want to add a positive impact with your sustainability reports
You have interest for financial markets
You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
You are proficient in MS office
Data Visualization is a plus (Power Bi, etc)
You are able to work independently but you also enjoy working in a team setting
