Job Specifications

We are seeking a skilled Network & Security Engineer to join our Cross Domain Resource Access (CDRA) program. This role is critical in enabling secure, seamless connectivity for users across multiple domains during and after migration. The engineer will focus on Zscaler technologies, Azure networking, and end-user access validation to ensure infrastructure readiness and a stable, secure user experience.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Internet Access (ZIA) policies, resolving connectivity, routing, and authentication issues.
Troubleshoot Azure networking components, including VNets, routing, firewalls, and cross-domain connectivity.
Support integration of application endpoints with Zscaler services and validate post-migration access.
Assist with end-user testing preparation, pilot migrations, and post-migration troubleshooting.
Partner with endpoint, identity, and application teams to ensure end-to-end user connectivity.
Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge transfer guides for ongoing support.

Requirements

Strong experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
Solid understanding of Azure networking (VNets, routing, firewalls, ExpressRoute/VPN, security groups).
Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools and diagnostics (packet capture, DNS, routing, tracing).
Experience supporting enterprise migrations or cross-domain connectivity initiatives.
Familiarity with identity integration (SAML, SSO, conditional access) for Zscaler and Azure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with both technical teams and end users.
Desired: knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, ITIL/ServiceNow, and repeatable troubleshooting process documentation.
