Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of progressive experience leading digital transformation, business process reengineering, and enterprise-level initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of analytical, technical, and leadership expertise, serving as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in aligning business strategy with operational execution, ensuring that new processes and systems enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business architecture, a proven record of managing large-scale transformation projects, and deep knowledge of the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) framework. The Senior Business Analyst will engage with senior leadership, business units, and IT teams to analyze complex operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and design optimized solutions that support both short- and long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Digital Transformation: Spearhead large-scale digital initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to achieve enterprise strategic objectives.
Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Analyze, redesign, and implement future-state processes that resolve inefficiencies and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Strategic Business Modeling: Create and maintain business architecture artifacts, including business process models (BPMN), data models, capability models, and organizational frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, business units, and technical teams to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, translating them into actionable specifications.
Bridge Business & IT: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business needs with technology solutions.
Change Management: Support organizational change efforts, providing communication, documentation, and training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
