Unietal is an information and technology consulting company founded in 2021, specializing in AI consulting, technology strategy, media advisory, and software development. Our flagship AI Integration Sprint Program helps small businesses assess AI adoption in just 30 days with a proof-of-concept and implementation roadmap.

We are two founders with complementary expertise:

AI expertise (PhD) and over a decade in software engineering & consulting.
Media, branding, and technology strategy with more than ten years shaping digital experiences.

Having delivered consulting and solutions within our networks, we're now focused on growth. We're looking for a sales & business development partner to help us reach more businesses locally & globally, and grow together.

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, either within your local network or through remote outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Present and sell Unietal's services, starting with the AI Integration Sprint Program.
Collaborate with the founders to refine sales strategies, product developments, client targeting, and outreach campaigns.
Track leads, proposals, and conversions to ensure continuous improvement.
Act as the bridge between client needs and our technical/creative expertise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in B2B consulting, SaaS, or digital services).
Strong communication and consultative selling skills, the ability to listen, translate client needs, and present tailored solutions.
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working remotely in a startup-style, commission-based environment.
Self-driven, enjoys prospecting and opening doors.
Experience with outreach, networking, or cold calling is a plus.
Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or technology consulting is a bonus (but not required).

Compensation & Growth Path:

Immediate Earnings: Start on a commission-only basis with an attractive rate (20-30%) on each deal you close. Your efforts create instant rewards.
Momentum Bonus: As you bring in consistent business, we'll introduce incremental commission incentives(higher percentages or tiered bonuses for hitting milestones).
Path to Ownership: For the right partner who proves consistency, collaboration, and long-term vision, this role is designed to evolve into a co-founder position, with equity and a leadership role in shaping Unietal's future.
