Job Specifications

Our client, a leader in electric and gas utility services, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Columbus, OH!

**This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits** (contract-to-hire)

As the Program Manager you will lead multi-million-dollar enterprise security programs impacting the entire organization. Partner with executive leadership, drive program strategy, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and deliver key cybersecurity initiatives across IT and business functions.

Responsibilities:

Lead a portfolio of enterprise security programs from strategy to delivery
Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and program risk mitigation
Partner with leadership to align programs with business priorities
Utilize tools: ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, Power BI, MS Project
Support audit readiness, compliance reporting, and continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

8+ years in program/project management, 3-5 years in leadership roles
Experience managing $5M-$10M+ multi-year programs
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, and portfolio management tools
Experience in business process analysis and capacity planning a plus
