Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development at InitiativeOne. The Director will be responsible for new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management, creation and oversight os new business development team, and providing accountability to teammates with business development responsibility. The role is located in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

New Business Development and Business Planning skills
Lead Generation and Account Management skills
Experience in contract negotiation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of leadership development and organizational culture is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Leadership experience with teams
