Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via inbound phone calls, providing accurate information, assistance, and case resolution.
Manage and document employee data changes, performance reports, and communications.
Support payroll-related inquiries by understanding timekeeping and payroll processes; escalate or direct cases to Payroll team as needed.
Process tuition reimbursement requests, employee verifications, policy acknowledgments, and compliance-related tasks.
Provide guidance to employees and HR teams regarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
Prior HR contact center or inbound call/case management experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred.
Knowledge of payroll processes and timekeeping logic; payroll processing experience not required.
