Product Portfolio & Sales Representative (Northern Europe)

Based in Thimister-Clermont (Eastern Belgium) - Hybrid Role

This hybrid and evolving role supports the strategic development of our PET foam product portfolio and marketing analytics, with a clear path toward taking on commercial responsibilities across Northern Europe.

Your Mission

Phase 1 - Product Portfolio & Marketing Analytics (first 6 Months)

Build deep product and market knowledge while supporting strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market share and product trends
Collect and report competitive intelligence
Manage special product requests and customer specifications
Lead portfolio-related projects and reporting
Support Salesforce tasks and portfolio extension initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and finance

Phase 2 - Sales & Business Development (6-12 Months)

Take ownership of commercial performance and drive growth in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales and margin performance across UK, Ireland, Iceland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark
Define and execute business development strategies
Monitor pricing and competitor activity
Provide accurate sales forecasts and support production planning
Contribute to global sales initiatives

Your Profile

Higher education in marketing, engineering, business, or equivalent
Strong analytical and project management skills
Motivation to grow into a commercial role
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce
Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus
Willing to develop the Northern Europe market
Hybrid role, combining remote work with weekly on-site presence at our Thimister location (Belgium)
