Job Specifications

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Specialist to manage the successful deployment of products, systems, or software solutions for new and existing clients.

Core Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from project kickoff to post-launch support.
Work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and deliverables.
Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and user onboarding for client teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical Support, to ensure successful solution delivery.
Troubleshoot issues during implementation and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
Ensure all implementations meet defined quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for future implementations.
Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Maintain accurate records in project management and CRM systems.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or client delivery roles
Proven track record in managing client-facing implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Familiarity with API integrations, system configurations, or data migrations is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
