Role: Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and communications across stakeholders.

Drive execution of regulatory and transformation programs ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Prepare executive-level status updates, dashboards, and governance reports.

Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure sustainable project outcomes.

Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams.

Maintain RAID logs, financial tracking, and ensure adherence to compliance and SDLC processes.

Support estimation, resource management, and change management activities.

Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in project management within IT or Financial Services.

Proven experience in Capital Markets / Finance IT environments.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and multi-stakeholder delivery.

Excellent communication, governance, and reporting skills
