We are searching for a Business Analyst II (Salesforce) on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment.(W-2) The ideal candidate must have expertise in Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on integrations across platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systems.

Location: Miami FL

Responsibilities

You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into technical specifications while ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity across the enterprise.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Analyze and optimize existing business processes, aligning them with Salesforce capabilities.
Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story development.
Partner with technical and QA teams to design and test Salesforce functionality end to end with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring requirements are met within project timelines.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Will use standardized tools and techniques.
3 to 5 years related experience

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $48.00/hr. to $53.00/hr.
