Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.
Your Future Duties And Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end Freshworks solution design and development, leading the implementation of advanced workflows, automations, and integrations that deliver measurable value for clients. You will collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure the technical build aligns with solution design, while guiding junior developers and setting standards for quality and scalability.
You will also have the opportunity to influence solution strategy, contribute to project planning, and bring forward innovative approaches as you stay ahead of product and industry trends. Supported by a network of experts, you will play a central role in shaping outcomes that drive client success and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Innovate: Deliver advanced Freshworks configurations, automations, and integrations.
Develop & Deliver: Build and optimise APIs, webhooks, and middleware for enterprise environments.
Guide & Mentor: Provide technical leadership, coaching, and best practices to junior developers.
Align & Collaborate: Work with architects and consultants to ensure solution integrity.
Plan & Assess: Support feasibility analysis, solution estimates, and project planning.
Optimise & Assure: Drive code quality, testing frameworks, and scalable design.
Research & Recommend: Stay current with Freshworks and ITSM/CRM trends to enhance solutions.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in ITSM/CRM solution development, proven expertise with Freshworks products, and hands-on experience in technical leadership. Your ability to design, integrate, and optimise enterprise-grade solutions, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success.
Essential Qualifications
Strong track record in ITSM/CRM solution development, including with Freshservice, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
Proven expertise in advanced Freshworks configurations, scripting, and API integrations.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Demonstrated experience leading delivery teams or mentoring developers.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
Preferred Qualifications
Freshworks certifications (Developer, Specialist, or equivalent).
ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional certification.
Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Jira Service Management.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
