We are a fast-growing MSP Sales and Marketing training company focused on helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) build their sales and marketing engine.

Role Overview

As the Operations Intern, you will support our internal AI-supported projects. This role involves organizing and feeding data into our AI tool and helping us generate insights to support our content creation efforts.

It is a six-week position that comes with a $1000 stipend, and it will possibly be extended into the Spring semester.

Key Responsibilities

Input, organize, and tag data in our AI content tool (Notebook LM).
Review AI-generated drafts for accuracy and clarity.
Assist in preparing training outlines, summaries, and learning modules.
Conduct light research to provide context or examples for training topics.
Collaborate with the content and operations teams to refine outputs and ensure consistency.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
Interest in AI, learning design, or digital content creation.
Clear written communication skills.
Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Notebook LM, or Airtable (training provided if needed).
Self-starter attitude and curiosity about how AI can support education and training.
Strong written communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus: Familiarity with MSPs or the IT services industry.
