Role: Workplace Experience Coordinator

Pay Rate: Range

Duration: 3 month contract- high potential for extension

Location: Toronto-Bay street

Your New Role

Reception
Checking emails, answering calls
Maintaining kitchen - ordering supplies
Walk through of the office space (checking for any messes, temperature of the office, office is clean and tidy)
Check printer for stock paper and supplies
Maintain conference rooms
Mail pick up
Catering
Managing security system for office events (checking visitors in the system)
Ad hoc requests & issues
Mailing cheques
Preparing materials for presentations and meetings

Must Have

Excellent communication
Need to be adaptable and willing to jump in wherever
Busy environment, lots of requests
Extremely polished
Strong organizational skills & able to manage their own time
Work independent
Very professional environment
MS Office Suite (basic Excel) - mostly Outlook
EMS - booking system (will train)
